I want you to care about your family and to weigh up your options with thought. ?If you work or stay at home and have not weighed it up, then you need to start thinking.?Ask yourself: What is best for you and your family?

Culture Minister Pavlos Geroulanos offered to resign following the latest?robbery.
Police said?a female security guard was overpowered?before some 70 bronze and pottery objects were stolen. The culprits reportedly used hammers to smash display cases.
"They overwhelmed and gagged the woman who guarded the building," a police official told Reuters. "The value of the objects stolen has not been estimated yet."
Police set up roadblocks in the area as part of a broad search to try to locate the robbers, who wore ski masks.
Sporting authorities are to hold a ceremony at the museum on May 10 to light the Olympic flame for the London Games.
'Treasures'
Olympia Mayor Efthimios Kotzas urged authorities to improve security at the site.
"The level of security is indeed lacking," Kotzas told state-run NET television. "These are treasures. A piece of world heritage has been lost thanks to these thieves ... I think (authorities) should have been more mindful and the security should have been more serious."
In January, three works of art, including one by Pablo Picasso and another by Dutch painter Piet Mondrian, were stolen from the country's National Gallery in the capital, Athens.
After the first gallery robbery, culture ministry officials said cuts to museum budgets had damaged security arrangements.
Greece has seen a rise in crime as its debt-laden economy has shrunk 16 percent in size from its 2008 peak, leading to youth unemployment of just under 50 percent.

However, BOE Governor King said that more stimuli is possible and even though the Bank owns close to a third of all UK Gilts it could still buy more.
He also added that any tightening ion policy would be detrimental to the overall economic recovery in the UK and since the bulk of public sector spending cuts won't come into force until 2013 and 2014 the Bank will need to maintain an accommodative stance for some time. The pound has traded in a very tight range today. GBPUSD has traded between 1.5680 and 1.5720, it is moving with overall risk appetite although the revisions higher to the BOE's inflation and growth estimates contained in its Inflation Report is limiting pound weakness. It also helped trigger the sell-off in EURGBP after it reached 0.8400 - a harsh resistance zone where EURGBP has faltered before.

The Europeans smell a rat, and after dealing with successive failures from Greece to meet fiscal targets it is refusing to give the country the money.
The latest update is that a bridging loan could be arranged for Greece that would cover its EUR 14.5 billion bond redemption coming up on 20th March. However, the other EUR 115.5bn of funds wouldn't be released until after elections in April.? This is not exactly the outcome that the markets were waiting for as it increases uncertainty. Glencore, Xstrata agree to $90 billion merger (AP)
LONDON ? After years of courting, mining company Xstrata PLC and commodities dealer Glencore International PLC have agreed to marry in a $90 billion deal that would create the world's fourth largest natural resources group.
The announcement of the terms of the deal comes just a few days after the first public acknowledgment that the two companies were in discussions about a long-mooted tie-up ? merger talks, codenamed 'Everest,' have gone on for years.
The combined company will control a chain of businesses from mining to refining, storage and shipping of basic commodities like coal, copper and corn.
Though the deal is likely to win the day ? after all, Glencore already owns 34 percent of Xstrata ? there were some signs of discontent over the terms being offered, with one institutional shareholder already saying it will vote against.
Under the terms of the deal, Xstrata shareholders would receive 2.8 Glencore shares for each of their shares. That represents a premium of 15.2 percent based on Monday's closing prices.
The merger is projected to yield cost savings of $500 million in the first full year, primarily in marketing, while creating the world's fourth largest global diversified natural resource company, with operations in 33 countries. It will also give the combined company greater leverage to borrow money for its operations ? a key advantage in the high-volume, low-margin commodities business.
The new company would be the world's third-largest copper producer, fourth-largest nickel producers and the global leader in thermal coal, ferrochrome and integrated zinc production.
"The commodities value chain is becoming longer and more complex, creating opportunities for a company that can pre-emptively participate at every stage," said Xstrata Chief Executive Mick Davis, who will become CEO of the merged company.
"Glencore Xstrata would be well positioned to do just that, creating value from resource extraction to customer sales and services, at a time when demand for our combined products continues to grow," Davis said.
Davis told a conference call that he expects the merger to complete in the third quarter of this year, assuming regulators give the deal the all-clear.
Glencore CEO Ivan Glasenberg, who will take the titles of deputy CEO and president, said the merger represents "a fantastic opportunity to create a new powerhouse in the global commodities industry."
Xstrata shares were down 2.6 percent at 1,228 pence in midday trading in London; Glencore shares were down 0.8 percent at 457 pence.
The movements in the share prices indicate some disappointment in the markets that the premium being offered isn't as high as some had hoped.
"Although we see some merit in the merger of Xstrata and Glencore the proposed exchange ratio clearly undervalues Xstrata's assets and future earnings contribution," said David Cumming, head of equities of Standard Life Investments, which owns a little more than 2 percent of Xstrata stock. "Consequently it is our intention to vote against the deal unless the merger terms for Xstrata shareholders are materially improved."
Schroder Investment Management, which owns around 0.7 percent of Xstrata, also said the terms undervalued the company and that it was a poor deal for the majority of shareholders.
BlackRock Investment Management, which owns around 6 percent of Xstrata, wouldn't comment, while a spokesman for Legal & General Investment Management, a 3 percent shareholder, said the firm was figuring out its position.
The merger agreement was announced as Xstrata reported a 22 percent gain in full-year profit to $5.7 billion, compared to $4.7 billion a year earlier. Revenue was up 11 percent to $33.9 billion.
Xstrata, based in Zug, Switzerland, was formed in 2002 when it bought Glencore's coal assets. The company mines copper in the Americas, zinc in Spain and ferrochrome and vanadium in Australia and South Africa.
Glencore extracts, ships and refines raw materials from coal, to copper, to corn. It is based in the Swiss town of Baar but has its main listing in London.
Glencore was founded in 1974 by Marc Rich, the fugitive trader who was controversially pardoned in 2001 by then U.S. President Bill Clinton just hours before he left office. Rich sold the company to its employees in 1994, and the firm has been at pains to distance itself from its founder and any whiff of improper activity. Environmental groups, however, have since targeted the company for its mining interests.

Giants lauded as Super Bowl champs in NYC parade (AP)
NEW YORK ? Thousands of fans roared as New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning hoisted the team's Super Bowl trophy from a glittering blue-and-white float Tuesday during a victory parade through New York City, which Mayor Michael Bloomberg quipped should now be nicknamed the "Big Blue Apple."
The parade set off from the southern tip of Manhattan and moved slowly north to City Hall as fans stood dressed head to toe in Giants gear and confetti wafted slowly down from the high-rises that line the street.
The MVP Manning, joined by coach Tom Coughlin, Bloomberg, Gov. Andrew Cuomo and other teammates, waved and grinned from the float as a deep roar rose from the crowds.
Defensive end Justin Tuck, who led the team's defense and sacked rival quarterback Tom Brady twice during the 21-17 victory over the New England Patriots, said he was glad to be part of the team.
"We made it here by believing in each other. We believe in every guy on this team," he said. "Honestly, we wouldn't be here today without your support."
The team was introduced at a City Hall Plaza ceremony with thunderous applause from the thousands of fans outside. A lucky 250 fans received tickets to the fete, where the Giants were honored with symbolic keys to the city.
The crowd went wild for running back Ahmed Bradshaw, who plopped down in the end zone to score the winning touchdown. Wide receiver Victor Cruz did his trademark salsa moves as he accepted his key.
Manning joked about the team's record of fourth-quarter comebacks. "Make it tough but make it possible," he said, laughing about how the team blew an early lead to come back and win. The Giants had eight fourth-quarter comebacks to win games during the season.
"Finish games, finish fourth quarters and finish the season strong. That's what we did," Manning said.
Coughlin said the Giants were successful because they never gave up.
"The key thing was to remember this: All things are possible for those who believe," Coughlin said. "We always believed."
Some fans had waited since 6 a.m. to catch a glimpse of their favorite players. About half of a Long Island high school class skipped school to see "a whole nation coming together in one place ? this parade," said Mike King, 16, of Wantagh.
King and seven school friends got up at dawn, arriving by subway in lower Manhattan to join the crowds packed behind police barricades lining Broadway. He attributed the win to Manning's stellar performance and the hold-your-breath catch by Mario Manningham that led to the game-winning drive.
Frank Capogrosso, 11, from Staten Island, leaned against a barricade at the beginning of the parade route with his dad and best friend.
"This is better than TV. I love the cop cars, the toilet paper and the ecstatic fans," he said. "I love the Giants. I love their style. They play, they don't talk."
The parade for the Super Bowl champions could bring the city as much as $38 million, depending on the number of spectators, Bloomberg said. As many as 1 million people were expected ? about a third of them from outside New York.
After the parade, the team traveled to New Jersey for an afternoon rally at their home turf, MetLife Stadium. Tens of thousands of fans roared as the team walked onto the field in East Rutherford, making it feel like a regular Sunday game for Big Blue.
It's the second Super Bowl championship parade for the Giants in four years. They beat the Patriots in the NFL title game in 2008.
Bloomberg asked the crowd: "Are you feeling deja blue all over again?" referring to the team's 2008 win. Fans cheered.
Workers in high-rises tossed confetti ? and later entire pieces of papers ? from their windows.
Jun Kim, 28, a Korean linguist at the law firm Kenyon & Kenyon, reserved his biggest batch for Manning. "You are a star!" he yelled as the quarterback passed by. "People thought he would crumble under pressure, but he didn't. He's the best."
Just moments after the parade passed by, a lineup of sanitation plows scraped their way up Broadway, pushing mounds of confetti ? some as high as 5 feet.
As the parade ended around noon, fans stood on sidewalks ankle deep in the paper that was later sucked up by sanitation workers armed with hand-held vacuums.
Sanitation Commissioner John Doherty said he expected about 40 tons of paper to be thrown. That's a lot but not one for the record books: The city threw 5,438 tons of ticker tape on returning veterans at the end of World War II in 1945.
The actual ticker tape from those days has been replaced by recycled paper that's shredded into confetti. About 34 tons of paper were cleaned up after the Giants' 2008 parade.
Mindy Forman, 53, of Yorktown, was one of the lucky few who scored a ticket to the festivities at City Hall. She said the win was a much-needed victory at a time when many could use some cheering up. She counted herself among that group: She was laid off two weeks ago from her job as a college administrator.
"It celebrates New York," she said. "It celebrates the city. It celebrates the state. And it gives people something to believe in in very hard times."
New York has feted its public heroes since 1919, with the first parade for World War I General John Pershing and his victorious troops.
They were followed by more than 200 parades honoring such people as aviator Charles Lindbergh, scientist Albert Einstein, Pope John Paul, South African leader Nelson Mandela and pianist Van Cliburn. Their names are chiseled into the Broadway sidewalks.
